During the 2000s Lumon Group has experienced a very large growth, developing business units in more than 24 countries on 4 continents, and in 2024 we want to continue to strengthen our business to continue to be present in the homes of our customers.
As we are in a full growth process, our goal is to become industry leaders nationally in the integration of Lumon systems both in new construction projects, as well as in facade renovations, a great challenge ahead that will generate great possibilities for professional development for you as a leader of the prescription team.
You will work with various external interest groups such as investors, developers, property owners, housing associations, and architects by increasing the knowledge, possibilities, and benefits of glazing facades in renovation and new construction projects. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities through new customer acquisition, managing key customers effectively by developing partnerships to achieve exceptional results, and increasing market share to meet predetermined volume targets. In addition, you will lead our growing project sales team and also cooperate with the project manager, technical team, area manager and country manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supervise and lead a team of project sales, providing strategic direction and support to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure that plans and actions drive sales and profitable growth according to agreed targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, identifying key opportunities in the construction market.
- Develop business and create new customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including senior management and government, to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Be the primary representative of the company in customer presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of our glazing systems.
To succeed in the role you need:
- Strategic sales experience of at least 5 years in the construction industry
- Strong experience in leading a salesteam with goal-oriented and customer centered focus
- High capacity to create customer strategies, build relationships and create new relationships.
- To be able to see and understand market dynamics and convert them into opportunities.
- Strategic, long-term thinking and planning, but also operational 'hands on' working methods to run the daily business.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
