We are looking for an Area Manager for our management team in Madrid.

The goal is to develop the business plan established in LUMON in a specific area of Madrid.

Your responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for leading and supervising the teams within your business unit, always being close is part of our DNA.
• Ensure your teams are empowered and motivated to reach the goals. In this way, you will develop your team to continue builiding the future together.
• Collaborate with LUMON providing strategic direction, implementing business strategies at the local to reach our customers and be close to them.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Coordination with other departments will be essential. As well as problem solving to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Identify and promote new business opportunities for continued development in your area. Develop business and create new customer relationships.
• Analyze data and reports related to the performance of your business unit: sales reports, metrics, and business unit performance: sales reports, metrics, customer satisfaction, etc. to adjust the strategy as needed.
• Ensure your business area profitability and productivity by contributing to LUMON goals.
• Identify the training and development needed for your team. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them to achieve their full potential.
• Learning our way of working. You will be responsible for implementing it and training your team on it.
